Referrals Make the Business World Go Around

The insurance world is often aggressive and fast paced.  So how do you know if you’re getting a good deal or that the company is an established business in Oklahoma?  Well obviously with price, be sure to shop around.  Get quotes from several different Oklahoma insurance agencies and make sure they are quoting you the same thing. If they want to offer you other coverages, make sure they do that in a separate proposal. You want to compare apples to apples, not apples to oranges. Otherwise, you might not be getting a comparable quote.

In regards to knowing if the insurance company you’re speaking to is an established company, the best way is to look at their testimonials. Check the Better Business Bureau for their listing or if you know any of their current clients or previous clients, ask them about how the company conducted business.  Were they pleased with their auto coverage? How did they handle that homeowners’ claim? Was their office staff pleasant and easy to work with? Don’t be afraid to ask and check up on your future insurance company.

A couple of years ago, RCI kept track of all of our new clients. It turns out that referrals were our leading reason for new clients to join our Oklahoma insurance office.  Our clients were so pleased with how we conducted business with them, that they told people about it.  And not to mention, we offered monthly winnings and a grand prize of a free week’s vacation with spending money.
